The cloud is not used for storage only. You can also edit files on the cloud. There are many ways to help you edit files on the cloud. Know about them.

Edit The Document :-

(1.) Office 365 : Office 365 offers all Standard Microsoft Office Apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, One-Note, Access, Publisher). Apart from this, there is 1 TB One-drive Storage to store on the cloud. To use Office 365, it is not necessary to be connected to the Internet continuously, but in 39 days you will have to connect to the Internet. If you want it for more than a PC then you can use Office 365 Home.

(2.) Google Docs : Google Docs lets you create word documents, spreadsheets, and presentations on the cloud. All files are stored in 15 GB storage. This storage comes with a Google Account. The document editor is similar to the Microsoft Office interface. In such a way you do not have any kind of problem. Here, you can share a document on special connects or social networks. You can also invite people for collaboration.

Edit photos :-

(3.) Eyefi : You can use the Eyefi SD card which adds Wi-Fi and wireless upload capability to almost every camera. For this go to http://eyefi.com. If you want to store your photographs on Flickr, you get 1 TB of free storage. You can edit all your photos using Aviary. It also has tools for text, drawing etc. with a variety of One Tun Tools. If Google uses Photos, then you can edit within your photo stream. To edit, you will have to sign in using Google Chrome.

(6.) WeVideo : This offers cloud-based features for video editing. This is essential for collaboration. It allows the user to create a shared folder on Cloud Storage and invite the users to edit the video. It has a frame view, story board/timeline and preview window like desktop software. Export the file to Google Drive, Dropbox or YouTube. The free account gives 10 GB storage, but limits video export time to 7.5 minutes per month. You can access Advanced Editing Features from the Paid Account.
